The Blind Horse Winery is proud to host our 2015 Art & Wine Festival, sponsored by Acuity on June 13 & 14. This special two day event features the Water Edge Artists painting en plein air (outside), an award ceremony and live music. In addition to Acuity's sponsorship, 30% of all painting sales will be donated to the Sharon S. Richardson Hospice Center.
We are honored to partner with the Water Edge Artists represented by Wisconsin's award winning, artist and teacher, Kitty Lynne Klich. The Water’s Edge Artists – Painters for Preservation –is an alliance of plein air artists dedicated to artistically recording historic, endangered or threatened places. Schedule of events:

About The Blind Horse Restaurant & Winery
The Blind Horse Restaurant and Winery is launching Wisconsin’s first food and wine destination by pairing gourmet food with elegant wines in this Napa Valley style setting. About Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice
The Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice (SSRCH), a 501 (C) (3) nonprofit, provides medical, emotional and spiritual care and education for terminally ill patients and their families. Home hospice care is provided anywhere a patient lives throughout Sheboygan County and surrounding communities. The Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice Center, located in Sheboygan Falls, WI, is the Central Lakeshore’s only hospice facility, providing 24-hour end-of-life care in a warm, homelike environment.
About Kitty Klich
Kitty Lynne Klich, a well known area artist, has been involved, through donation of her paintings, in many fund raising events benefiting the City of Sheboygan Falls, Sheboygan County Health Care Center (Rocky Knoll), the Plymouth Arts Center, and John Michael Kohler Arts Center, as well as individual benefits held in the area to help ill community members raise funds to pay for care and hospital costs. Klich, is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and Oil Painters of America. Her work is commissioned by corporations and individuals throughout the State of Wisconsin, nationally, and can be seen locally at "The Studio" in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. Klich was the resident oil painting instructor at the Plymouth Arts Center for eighteen years having retired from that position in 2014. She is the producer and featured artist of "Painting Journeys", a community cable television program that can be viewed internationally at http://www.wscssheboygan.com/programming/live-tv/.
Klich is also a member of the Waters Edge Artists, Artists That Paint for Preservation. This is a group of over 40 artists who reside from Milwaukee as far north as the Michigan border. Waters Edge Artists have been featured in many different gallery exhibits and museums throughout the state. Their next exhibit will be at the Rahr West Art Museum, September 27th - November 1st in Manitowoc, WI. Klich felt that this group of artists, because of their mission, would be perfect to bring on board to participate in this endeavor.
About Cassy Tully
Tully is an internationally known artist whose signature golf and lifestyle artwork is featured at America's top golf destinations. She has created officially licensed artwork for the 2015 PGA Championship which takes place in August at Whistling Straits in Kohler, WI.
