Five Course Food & Wine Pairing

When: June 11, 2014

Join Winemaker Thomas Nye and Executive Chef Nathan Goetsch for our wildly popular five course food and wine pairing at The Blind Horse Restaurant on June 11 at 6:00 PM. Chef Goetsch will prepare a five course dinner for you with each course paired with exquisite wines perfectly matched.  To reserve your spot, you must call the restaurant at 920.467.8599.

The night continues in our elegant restaurant where you will be treated to a five course food & wine pairing. As each course is presented to you, we will match a specific wine to each course and discuss how and why the wines match. The cost is $65 a person (does not include tax &  tip.)
