New Year's Eve Party at The Blind Horse

Join us for a New Year's Eve night of elegance and celebration.  There are three seatings and price points available for New Year's Eve.  To hold your reservation, please call 920-467-8599.  Please note that taxes and gratuity are not included in the prices below.

5:30 PM -  Four course dinner   $55 a person

Lobster Bisque - Lobster bisque,  asparagus tips and lobster claw

Tri Color Salad - Roasted walnuts with fresh berry and acacia honey vinaigrette

Chilean Sea Bass - Pan seared sea bass topped with thinly sliced portobello mushroom, served with herb potato au gratin, in a port wine reduction

or 

 10 oz Rib Eye - Grilled rib eye served with herb potato au gratin in a a cabernet sauvignon reduction

Chocolate Stout Cake - served with raspberry frosting & crumbled amaretto cookies

7:30 PM -  Seven Course Food & Wine Pairing in Winery   $100 a person - Live Music

Amuse Bouche - Endive salad with crab meat mascarpone cheese.   Wine -  2013 Riesling

Butternut Squash - with crab meat and crispy pancetta.  Wine - 2013 Pinot Grigio

Duck - Pan seared duck breast carpaccio, frisee salad with orange spicy marmalade. Wine - 2013 Zinfandel

Tri Color Salad - Roasted walnuts with fresh berry and acacia honey vinaigrette. Wine - 2013 Pinot Gris

Lobster Ravioli - Large claw lobster meat ravioli, creamy sherry wine reduction with fresh herbs. Wine – 2013 Chardonnay 

Chilean Sea Bass - Pan seared sea bass topped with thinly sliced portobello mushroom, served with herb potato au gratin, in a port wine reduction - 2012 Merlot Reserve

Chocolate Stout Cake - served with raspberry frosting & crumbled amaretto cookies. Wine - 2012 Birdy's Red

8:00 PM -  Five course dinner   $70 a person
