Since our Tuesday night class sold out so fast, we decided to do it two nights in a row. Join us for a special food and wine pairing at The Blind Horse Restaurant on November 11 at 6:00 PM. Executive Chef Brent Davis will prepare a seven course dinner for you with each course paired with wines from the award winning California winery Sturino Trotta.
Sturino Trotta Cellars is a boutique California winery. Their philosophy is to produce highly stylistic, premium wines by hand in precious lots, sourcing every grape from exceptional vineyards. Their production is limited to less than 300 cases per year of each varietal.
Sturino Trotta has taken wines around the globe and blind taste-tested them against some of the most sought after brands in the world. Sturino Trotta wines have consistently been the preferred wine. Sturino Trotta was also selected from among 200 wineries to be featured on a nationally televised Emmy Award winning cooking show!

The evening begins at 6:00 PM in our winery tasting room where we will start the night with a champagne reception. The night continues in our elegant restaurant where you will be treated to a seven course food & wine pairing. Each course will be introduced by Jim Sturino and Executive Chef Brent Davis. The cost is $100 a person (does not include tax & tip.)
