Learn how to make your own mozzarella from Tom Nye. Not only is he a master at making wine, he is a master at making mozzarella cheese!
Tom will teach you how to make the cheese, freeze the cheese and even give you his recipe so you can make it at home. You will leave with your own mozzarella balls and the pride in knowing you made it. Also included is a glass of wine along with samples of Tom’s unique handmade appetizer.
